Return Policy Only

Our return window is within 30 days of purchase for a refund of 100%. These must be in new condition on arrival of return. 

For non-defective returns please have original shipping box and packaging.

Be prepared to state the reason for the return. This can include defects, damage during shipping, or simply taking pictures of issues you had with product. Please reach us at contact@rockymtntenkara.com before hand, so we can set up a way to make things right.
