Tenkara Guided Trip

Tenkara Guided Trip

Tenkara Guided Trip

Experience the art and simplicity of Japanese fly fishing with a guided Tenkara trip. Whether you’re brand new to the sport or looking to refine your technique, this adventure is designed to immerse you in the rhythm of mountain streams and the mindfulness of minimalist fishing.

Your guide will provide everything you need rods, flies, and instruction to help you connect with the water and the fish in a whole new way. Together, we’ll explore beautiful high-country creeks or canyon waters, learning how to read currents, perfect a delicate cast, and approach fish with stealth and intent.

Each trip is customized to your skill level and pace. Along the way, you’ll gain an understanding of traditional Tenkara techniques, stream ecology, and how this centuries-old method continues to thrive in modern fly fishing.

Whether it’s your first time holding a Tenkara rod or your hundredth, this experience is about slowing down, fishing light, and finding joy in simplicity.
